Hey friend! I am Monica, a wife, mommy, blogger, and certified health coach. I am all about helping you create a healthy lifestyle that you feel great about. It's not only about the food that you put on your plate, but also about the food you feed your soul to make your heart happy. I'll help you find your glow from the inside out. During the pandemic of 2020 I found my passion for cooking and really rethinking what it meant to live a healthy lifestyle. I was over the bars and shakes and restrictive dieting. I wanted to enjoy life and food and not feel guilty about what was on my plate. I realized it was not about eating less but rather eating more of the right foods.
